Look at the POVs of the VDM and CR and you'll see yourself Ramming into other cars and that's why you have been punished.

First of all in this pov VDM i have seen myself there only when i came to pick up luce as in the second 58 i honked to him too and on the minute 1:16 i came to follow the guy to try to kill him and u can see i was rammed by one of our members by accident nothing is considered as car ramming on my point of view

in the POVs its clear to see that you come first time and back into the players Car and ram him and the second time, you once again drive fast and ram into the car of the player and then you turn back to pick up your Friend.
as I said any player that was involved in the mass Car ramming that was happening in the POVs receive a Punishment and that's the reason of your Punishments.
Backing into a Players Car and Ramming into their Car to stop them is not called accident.​
