Me and my friend attended weapons factory and were both killed with 1 rev bullet after we healed to full health. Im not sure if its cheats or a bug but i would appreciate if we could see POV's of both 81326 and 24640 to understand if we were lower than full Health in their POV.

Watching your Pov it dont look so sus. Maybe its a bug because normally as soon as you heal your health is replenished and its only the animation that carry's on for a couple of seconds later.
