I was fighting with two people next to mega mall then they were both down and one of the ballas behind lock smith were finishing them so they didnt go to jail. id 1317 and id 10481 mercy killed. I would also want to point out since im pretty sure its not allowed, He tampered with his pov in his report so he would not get punished for anything. FIB Powergaming

Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Accept this report of the power gaming but will deny the mercy killing as these two don't have any org or family connections.
ID 1836 will get punished for power gaming dragging while engaging in combat.
