Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Accept this report.

• ID 63470 will receive a punishment for RDM
• I could conclude that group of guys were talking and clearing out things when ID 63470 suddenly shoots one guy and counts to 5 without any demands or reason or RP and shoots the rest 2 as well. This is just random DM for no reason.
