Rejected Unban Appeal Mazhor│Easy Anti Cheat Ban

Hello Mazhor,
Today the 16.06 at 8:00AM i got a Easy Anti Cheat Bann for External Softwares.
i was just standing in the MD( Medical Department) for like 30 minutes and i heard a ,,DINGG, i tabed out of my browser and saw that i got a EAC Ban for cheating software.
i never touched cheats in my whole life and i would not even think about it to use them. i get this message when i try to connect on the Server But ingame no ban was to See.
a few months ago i got a PC Check on German 1 and it was positiv because of an missing log in my files.
i hope that you can investigate my ban and tell me why i got banned and if i get a unban.

EAC bans are in no relation to GrandRP.
We neither trigger those bans nor we can lift them as you can see in screenshot below.
