We we're robbing his gang members and he kept driving around then he ran me and a few others over. He has also been VDMing a lot yesterday and today and when multiple cars chase him he wont pull over.

As shown in the clip you ran in between a group of cars hitting a big group of gang members that were robbing your own gang member.
