Rejected unban appeal for cheating

i got banned for driving a fully maxed out buggati while i was lagging and got accused with cheating. i dont have pov of situation cause my clip system doesnt record all my game play only the last 5 minutes of gameplay. So i dont know how to prove i wasnt cheating besides maybe showing my pc logs or something. only pov i have is the guy that reported me i dont know if that will be acceptable but me and my friends were all lagging yesterday

the server was laggy yesterday even the guy recording must be lagging because the guy in the bmw passed through his car at the :34 second mark. and it looks like i stop driving and then i lag across his screen during the :23 second mark to the :26 second mark. im also willing to do a pc check so that you guys can see if i have any cheats on my pc

to be honest the server is laggy as hell and i can prove it now that my ping is good but the server is laggy so i see that this was network issue.

The server was and still is laggy. I am using high speed internet connection and my ping is low, still my game is still lagging. Also if you check the clip (0:34), you can see that family member of the party who made the complaint clearly teleporting through his car. This clearly proves that his game was lagging. Please do go through and consider this appeal as this is clearly a case of misunderstanding.
