It was a hostage situation I had a women in my arms that was in sahp I only kissed the women and she did not even tell me to stop she was not saying anything, as well as a licked her ear. If she did not like it would of stopped but she did not say anything. it was a normal rp situation between hostages and i was acting as a criminal. There is also a penal code the government himself put out which on one of the penal codes it says.(2.7.1. Rape- forced sexual acts of any nature with the use of or threat of physical violence or the helpless state of the victim shall be punishment of NOT LESS THAN 75 months as well as the transfer to the solitary prison cell upon processing). Even so i was rply doing whatever i did not do anything after this i do not have the pov due to being blocked which messes up my bodycam.(I have Geforce Experience if i get kicked out of a game it does not save). It was not harassment due to the fact i was not intimidating her in anyway oocly. I did not use any sort of harassments oocly i was maintaining the ic criminal character.​
