Rejected Intentional RDM at Landslide (unscripted Green Zone)

A stranger (to me) ID 104539 opened fire at the Great Ocean Highway Landslide without any provocation or specific reason. I believe it is a clear case of RDM and hope the administration will take necessary actions against this player.
