all punishment is right i agreed that. but 108917 he using obs. as of rule6.17 It is forbidden to use OBS and any similar softwares for recordings. If u where punished before for usage of OBS not in events, u should appeal that time on that decision.
Here Was proved fact of rule violation, and was it made with OBS or any other soft - does not matter in this case
