Rejected Bug abuse? | ID 70321

Dear admin team,
I was driving around ghetto as a Families criminal gang member, thats when i saw groups of Marabuntas members robbing other citizens. Cause i'm a gangster, i decided to hop out on them and kill one member. As i decided to drive back to confirm my kill, i accidentally hit another member and he got up so quick ( without ragdoll) so i decided to write this letter to the goverment website seeking for punishment.

Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Deny this report.

• ID 70321 just started to put his gun back in and his animation was on going when he got hit by car.

Note: Earlier I had not viewed the pov so closely and in slow motion hence I thought he hit F and abused bug but, it seems he did put his gun back in just before being hit by car. Hence I revoke the punishment.
