2.Why do u want to be leader of this specific organization?
2.1 i have been in city for such a long time and i have collected experience in various legal organizations so i think that i am one of the most experienced players on server and i believe that i can create and build fib no one has ever created i was in fib with different leaders so i know that i will be able to create something new that no one has ever done
2.2 Another Reason Why i want to be a Fib Leader is that i see lot of people nowadays that abuse their power and being corrupt and when i become fib leader i am going to make sure noone in my organization does such thing and i am going to make sure that everything is going in a fair and right way so everyone in city is going to be happy without any corruption.
2.3 Another reason why i want to be fib leader is that i am going to create one of the strongest fib-s that has ever been in the city and i think i will be able to do that because i am going to put only experienced people on high commands that can help me build fib i want and make sure everything is fair in fib.
2.4 Another Reason why i want to be leader of fib is that i want to be part of all other LEO-s that keep city safe and i will do that as well at all costs, i will do anything to keep civilians safe from different illegal organizations and i am going to make city safe place for everyone
3. Your Advice for improving RolePlay Level in Organization
I am going to choose people from interviews and i am going to make sure that everyone who joins FIB has experience in any other legal organization because otherwise i dont think someone can be in fib without any other legal organization's experience as long as fib is hardest legal organization. i am going to make sure that there is no metagaming in FIB that used to happen in different FIB-s i am going to make everything in rp way so its actually intersting and fun for all the Fib-s and illegal organizations as well, i am also going to get evidences of different gangs/families and raid them that is very rare nowadays but i think its great to improve RP level and make server interesting and even more fun i am going to make different special operations and i am going to create department for that as well which will include only experienced shooters and people will get special training sessions in this department that will bring even more fun in server because store robberies and different events wont go same way as it did and FIB will be unpredictable for Illegal Organizations.
