Law and crime:
While Revaz was discharged from military his brother had built a criminal empire and encouraged Revaz to become a high ranking member. Revaz accepted because for him brotherhood was everything. So Revaz decided to go into LSPD as an undercover to help his fellow criminals by sealing weapons and taking bribes to help build criminal influence in Los Santos.
