Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Accept this report.
  • ID 109371 will receive a punishment for CR (Ramming a person repeatedly with car)
  • Once can be thought of as accident (unintentional) but ID 109371 repeatedly CR him and didnt even stop to say sorry if it really was an accident.
