After reviewing, I have decided to Accept the report.
Players ID 25929 and 102824 will receive a punishment for RDM in the City.
(Those were the two that actually shot you and since it was an admin situation which was resolved with not robbing you I cannot punish them for robbing in the city or anything similar since they let you go after.)
