Dylan was born in the city of florida with his dad Oscar and they later moved to mexico because of his dads wanted level by the goverment Dylan's Mother was also a wanted suspect by the police. One Day Dylan and his Mom and Dad went out to eat at a restaurant the police arrived and arrested Dylans Mom And Dad He was so mad and angry he ran away from mexico before anything can happen to him. Dylan later moved to Los Santos where he sold drugs and dylan later joined a family named Yakuza where they had some of the worst criminals ever. They told him to go to college and be a cop so he can break them out
At 18 Dylan went on to college for 4 years and got his degree in law enforcement. When Dylan Was 22 he applied to be a Doc Officer and he got approved. Dylan Later found out that his mom and dad were transfered to the US to be Charge with Death Row for 30 murders.
When Dylan found out that his mom and dad were in Los Santos and was gonna be in the prison he worked at Dylan helped them escape and be free he did this with so many criminals Dylan was so great at what he did he was never caught for it and he still to this day breaks people out of jail.
Outcomes:
1)Dylan Will break anyone he sees that is in his family
2)Dylan will be able to part take in illegal activities off duty
3)Dylan will be able to sell illegal weapons
4)Dylan Can accept bribes
5)Dylan can recognize you even with a mask on by only youre voice
6)Dylan can torture inmates for info
