Before the video started there was a police officer across the street, I checked the car dealership and took off when I was done. While I was driving I got fined twice but nobody pulled me over and identified me AND my vehicle has no license plates. So only way for a police officer to fine me is to pull me over, identify me first by asking for my information, then he could fine me but that never happened. I believe this is againist the rules, and I got fined 20k thanks to a server rule violation.

If in doubt, please feel free to check for any logs around the time stamp to see if I have showed any identification to any law enforcement officers. And you can see in the video evidence that my vehicle does not have any license plates.

PS: I went to the police station after the incident to find out what I was fined for and they told me the reason was having no license plate.
