Rejected ID 80599 false banning

I recently got IP banned from the server seeing as I created a second account that I names 'Josh Unbannable' which later got banned as an administrator misinterpreted my second name as me using cheats, I made a forum post about this and my IP was unbanned but later on I decided to load back up on my usual account which I found to be blocked, my main account 80599 which I hadn't done anything which broke rules on has been blocked but I can still access my second account (the one which I broke rules on which is ID 118392) Is there a chance that the ban can be moved to that account seeing as I broke no rules on the account which has been banned and didn't use my alternate account in any way which was rule breaking other than the name which was mis-interpreted.
