i got banned for 3.1 at timestamp 00:40 i said nothing in ooc how can that be 3.1

For 3.1 got unbanned. Officer will be punished for fear-rp as well and report will be re-checked for bug abuse by senior administration. Complaint can be considered since forum rules clearly state:
