Rejected getting jail for vdm after 48 hours

hello sir i did vdm 4 days ago when i was not in government but the player uploaded the pov today and i get jail for 3 hours and 1 warning strike and got fired from my government job for 7 days but how can i get jail because there is no reason to get jail after 4 days if the pov is not uploaded in 48 hours please remove my 6 days warning to join government again.
