this was all a miss understanding, i know it was not in the POV but i was asking the guy sir could you please move your car. So when he said No No No i assumed he meant he did not want to move his car. to the point about the gun if you look at the POV there was no way for me to know that he had a gun in that situation as he was not visible to me at the time of him pulling it out. and as soon as i did notice it i tried to get away and did leaving the other person.

also something else i want to point out is that this guy hardly spoke English so how was i to know that this would happen. no no no to me does not me get out of here when i had just said "sir please move your car" but its whatever i just think your giving me a false prison term for something someone who should be in his respected language server messed up on.

idk if you look at it from my POV and add the words i said which where "sir, please move your car" it looks a lot less like fear rp and more of a genuine miss understanding of what he meant by no no no

there was no way for me to record my voice and i at least want the 50k it took to clear my name and get it back

Already spoke to you in game and explained why I need to punish any rule break in a pov I see. And before punishing I had already spoken with Chief of EMS.

There is a rule which says
1.18 EMS employees must not assist unconscious people during an active gunfight. You must leave the area until it is deemed safe. Failure to comply will result in PG, Fear RP, and UB. | Demorgan 120 min
In this case, i you see unconscious person , it was not a active shootout but when the Taxi Driver Yells at you NO NO dont revive while pointing gun. There should be some Fear RP and you should comply. All this has been explained to you in game.

Even though it is not my responsibility that you had to change your name because you broke a rule. Yes, still if you feel you should be compensated for the money it cost you for name change, I don't mind. But I will punish a rule break which I see in the pov. Have a good day.

Admin explained perfectly situation, EMS are humans and same FEAR , and while there is active shooting or guy with gun pointed ask you to leave - you need to leave area...
