Considering acier (Steven) Has given everything back I don't think he should receive full punishment. I also think this is crazy that he will most likely receive the same punishment as a hacker.

You might be a leader of and organization but that doesn't give you authority to ban a guy for taking the guns out putting them back in and giving you 200k on top of that.
