As you can see on the video, i was undercover patrolling with Haley, we seen that family armed and shooting around, we tried to stop them, until we realise that one of the members of that family is one FIB MEMBERS, doing ILLEGAL stuff, without any BIO, he killed me and tried to rob me.

Also at minute 1:57 you can see the final line of the roster of FIB, as proof that he is a FIB member.
