hello dear admins i complaint here because the Suspect ID : 18252 he already got punishment For Fear RP but he did not get the punishment for FL he was talking arabic in mid of the situation in thats not allowed and i did not speak arabic with him because i know its not allowed and in Second 45 to 47 he insulting me in arabic word so i would arabic admins to look this thread

go learn some rules he can got on or more punishment in each situation and he made a lot of wrong and insulting in arabic
