Why do you want to be leader of this specific organization? ( list 3 reasons)
My visions for SAHP as an organization:- One of my most loved org in the city is SAHP and I have always dreamt of changing it with my vision and where I want to take the org with my plans and vision. I always wanted to to enhance the RP procedure as much as I can and always try different things to make rp both more realistic and fun! With these skills I believe I can change SAHP structure of RP and every event such as promotion ceremony, interrogations and even small things such as giving fines, towing and arresting would have perfect RP needed!
Realistic Departments:- I would have 5 departments which are :
A> Human Resources: HR or Human Resources have the most work in an organization and they will give all training’s, take interviews, have an important role in hosting promotion ceremony’s and answer the reception!
B> Internal Affairs: IA or Internal Affairs would deal with all internal org matters and take any appropriate action required! Regular activity checks would be conducted and inactive troopers would be fired! They would deal with any kind of favoritism done within the organization as well and will make sure no low command is threatened or bullied by their High Command.
C. SRT Team: Comprising skilled marksmen, the SRT team is equipped to handle combat situations. Specialized training, including para jumping, aim practice, and the use of advanced equipment like the Annihilator Stealth helicopter, ensures their readiness for any challenge
D>US Marshals: Us marshals would be the undercover team of SAHP who would be experts in gathering intel against criminals and would be highly skilled and trained in it. Generally In order to enter this department one should have previous skills in other uc departments of other law enforcement organization!
E> Highway Patrol: This is the most basic and most needed department of SAHP which would be responsible for safeguarding the streets and highways from any sort of threat and also responsible for towing vehicles!
My experience in SAHP: As the current temp leader of SAHP, in just 2 days I got to know what I’m capable of and how I can handle tense situations and org matters. I found 2 very good deputies who always assist me with my work and make my workload less tense! I got an excellent team of troopers who are always ready to respond to any sort of situation, combat, rescue, operational, tactical, planning, our troopers are always ready. Every trooper within the organization is happy and I have noticed that unlike most terms where there is just favoritism and corruption. My term has built sort of a family and everyone wants this term to continue and just want to be around the same people! Since day 1 I have been able to come up with good numbers and I am 200 hundred percent sure I would continue to come up with good numbers and the same amount of love and respect from day 1 of the term to day 30th. I would easily be able to tackle any sort of problems an organization generally faces: inactivity, toxicity, favoritism. Because we have not just built an org, we have built a family like environment, a friendly environment where everyone respects each other and no one looks down on anyone and everyone wants to do their job with their own will!
Your advice for improving the roleplay level in the organization.
There are a lot of things which I personally think can be implemented to enhance the rp overall. Some of them are as follows:
Realistic RP commands usage with proper texts.
Realistic Radio communication and making sure only important information is spread in the radio.
Having realistic jobs of realistic departments as I mentioned above.
Realistic bonus system implementation and regular bonus pays.
Regular Open recruitment’s for citizens to create more work opportunities reply.
Conducting regular events with other organization better connections within all organization and better rp and team spirit.
