Rejected Cursing on phone chat I ID: 78017

(I didn't know his ID I just took help with admins and they helped me out finding that suspects ID. His name is Clark markin if you want to recheck the ID) I was just roaming around while I was off duty in LSPD and I found this person's Ad saying "Buying Mclaren Containers" he was our old family member. The name of the family is "Markhoor" I left it because the owner "Zeeshan Bhai" was banned for I think admin's disrespect. Anyways, I messaged him cool (as you can see in the picture) and asked that if I can rejoin the family or not. He should have answered with "Yes" or "No" but he cursed F word. I asked an admin about if I can launch a complain on it and he said yes so I am doing it.
