2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation) I want to be the leader of this specific organization because of few reasons:
I want to start by saying,the reason I want to lead an illegal organization is mostly bcs the moment I joined grp gangs were my passion and desire. Eventually I became gangster in many gang throughout a certain number of accounts,I started to be high ranked and eventually it came to the point when I mostly lead gangs more than the leaders themselves-as an example:me and another deputy mostly ran the gang and if you ask some old members most of them will say me and the other deputy(don’t wanna say names)were basically the gang leaders(last families) and at the moment as a “kingpin” in current families, I’m leading most events robberies and also I am training some new families members. and by that I can say I got enough experience in running gangs if it’s the mental part of dealing w people and helping them around the city and then making them a part of my organization,
rp’ing and also I learned everything about events,raids,robberies, and all the other stuff (didn’t want to make a big list of all gang activities). And As an ex member of legal orgs I want to try and use they’re form of training members before they become an “official gangster” just to make sure all my members are experienced enough before they start they’re “career” in my gang or others,also by this form hopefully my gang is going to stay w no warnings, and hopefully staying till the end of the term, and maybe staying the next one as well,(but let’s not go to far and stay at the present)
Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization-
To improve rp and playing level I would start by leading events as much as I can- making as many store/gun robberies doing at least 3FZ raids a week and also as I said I’m planning to do spesific new members training about 1 time a day,the training will be lead by a very spesific and experienced group of members In my organization. By this form of training I can make sure I have lots of experienced players and a good turfing team so my gang would have the best people to help assist and lead the gangs in this city.
Also my bigger plan for improving rp levels in the intire city- I’m planning to make some kind of peace around the ghetto(ofc they do what they gotta do) but I’m looking to have good relationships w all gangs and also some unofficial organizations as well,I want to build a big crime “department” that can assist us with making the illegal organizations a bit more powerful bcs rn legal law enforcement are really OP and events such as subs and store robberies are just a Matter of time until you die, we want to make asw that other orgs can join store robberies(still keep limit at 40ppl each side) and make a chat/radio so we all can communicate while doing that.
I’ve planned it lots more and I’ll happily expand my ideas in a interview.
That’s my hopes for RP improvement in the city.
My Targets/goals for my gang: getting terrorist org,
leading turfs in the city,
giving fair opportunities to ppl without looking at they’r id as a treat ,
trying to make some kind of peace w other gangs(*my biggest desire/hope for my gang*),
Doing lots of events and robberies,
and mostly to have fun because after all most of us came to this game to have a good time.

I have many plans for the future of my and other gangs,I really hope my id won’t get me a “bad” impression,and I really hope your going to take me to the interviews so I will be able to tell you a bit more of my plans,ideas, and more.
