Dear Mazhor,

As you said in my previous complaint that you rejected, it is not clear to you exactly why I am complaining because I did not follow the server rules.
It seems to me that you did not take a few minutes to translate my evidence, because it would certainly be clear to you what I am talking about. It is clear that the person who made the application violated one of the main rules according to which is forbidden to register on the forum as a fake person, steal POV and report someone with stolen POV. And his appeal should have been automatically rejected. The rule is: The administrator has the right to refuse to consider the complaint if:

• The complaint is filed by a person who is not related to the situation. (POV (video evidence) must be submitted in person by the person involved in the situation);
