I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an unfortunate situation that has occurred with my account shortly after the recent unban.
I want to express my gratitude for the opportunity to continue playing the game after accepting the money wipe penalty for the previous tweaking incident. Unfortunately, it seems that I am facing another issue that I believe is unrelated to any intentional rule violation on my part.
Yesterday, I encountered a situation where my character entered sleep mode after not playing for approximately 40 minutes. Upon restarting the game, I experienced an error popup, and the game crashed. To reconnect to the server, I used the F1 key, and upon relogging with my main ID, the game unexpectedly crashed again.
In an attempt to resolve the issue, I restarted my PC and launched the game launcher. However, upon logging in, I was shocked to discover that my account had been banned with the reason stated as "General Rule 1.8."
I want to emphasize that there was no intentional violation of the game rules on my part. I am reaching out to you in the hope that you can investigate this matter further and provide clarification on the reason behind the ban. If there are any logs or additional information required from my end, I am more than willing to provide them promptly.
