Background
Parzival was born in Dublin, Ireland. His father worked for the local power company. His mother owned her own cosmetology business. His first memories growing up was the phone ringing in the middle of the night due to a power outage in the town which his father had to go and restore the energy to the city. Parzival continued to study and learn at school until the age of 17. Due to his parents both retiring from there jobs when he was 17, they looked for a more vast and easier lifestyle and moved to Sandy Shores. Due to the vast land of Sandy Shores and his love for off roading, Parzival gained the experience and has the ability to handle any vehicle off road.
On his 18th birthday his parents were unexpectedly killed by a drunk driver.
Do to the pain of losing his parents at such a young age, it gave Parzival the drive to always want to help people and be the face of comfort in scary situations. So he started his first job in the city working for the EMS. During his time with the EMS he learned allot of medical care and techniques to help citizens in the city. He started with selling life insurance, Medical Kits, and various medications at the hospital. Over time he was promoted to an Ambulance Paramedic. He really enjoyed the aspect of being in an ambulance, But always had his parents in the back of his mind when out on duty. He encountered many drunk driving accident in the time he put in with EMS. He always would think to himself on what he could do to try and prevent these drunk drivers.
Parzival turned 21 and had a strong desire to join the San Andreas Highway Patrol. Joining SAHP gave him the hope that one day he may be able to prevent the possibility of something happening, like what happened to his parents.
Parzival was in the city one day and noticed an add that SAHP was having an open recruitment drive. He was interviewed for the position of Cadet and was accepted into the SAHP. During his time in the SAHP he was trained on a number of policies and procedures through out the SAHP. His favorite part of the job was going out on patrols protecting the innocent civilians on the dangerous highways of San Andreas. He spent many months in the SAHP eventually getting to the rank of Master Srgt. and was also a big part of the SWAT team. Unfortunately the Sheriff's term had come to an end. And he needed to look for a new line of work.
Parzival had made many friends with his time in the SAHP. He had one of his closest friends inform him that the Government was hiring for Secret Service Agents and thought Parzival would be a perfect fit for that job.
Parzival interviewed for the USSS job and was accepted as a Cadet. But do to his amazing resume and previous job experiences in Law Enforcement he climbed the ranks at an advanced pace. After a month into the job he was recognized for his unmatched leadership and professionalism and his ability to always be on the look out for potential threats, He was promoted to the FPPD. He loved being part of the FPPD because he was always protecting the most important people within the Government. Unfortunately the Governors term had come to an end. A new Governor was appointed and Parzival wanted to continue his career in the Government. So he approached the new Governor with a request of returning to the Government. Charlie Pickens the new Governor insured Parzival there would be a position for him within Government but it would not be his last role. He informed Parzival he would like him to work as Chief of Staff and be apart of his High Command Team. Parzival was ecstatic with the news Mr. Pickens has informed him of.
Parzival continues to work at the Government as the Chief Of Staff and loves everything about it. Parzival feels his parents would be very proud of him for how far he has made it and having his dreams come true of always having the ability to help someone.
On Parzival's off time he really wanted to get into the undercover work. So he got with a couple of his combat experienced friends and started learning about interrogation and what is most effective way to interrogate, investigate and advanced evidence collection, as well as how to destroy evidence. In hopes of one day he can show the Governor what he has learned and take under cover roles for him.
