PG- Patched me while i was in water.
Non RP driving.

Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided:
ID 107496 will receive a punishment for PG (cuffing and dragging while swimming and jumping)

however:
when cuffing and dragging he doesn't have to say it since it appears in chat.
there was no non rp driving, he just simply lost control due to high speed in a curve​
