He didnt post all his pov but i dont have mine either but there was an escalation to the "rdm". He kept ramming me and following me to the point where he had also got out with a shotgun too and started shooting me, therefore i had injured him because he got on my nervers. I hope you guys can remove this please and also take me out of admin jail. Thanks

According to the fact that you do not have a POV from your side, but in the other player's thread I can clearly see how you kill the guy while asking him to pull out I've made a decision that you were just trying to stop him and kill him.
If you do not have a POV of full situation, where the ID 99314 tries to kill you - I do not see any reasons to remove your punishment and give it to another guy.​
