also the other guy aiming with his gun is not having gang clothes on only shirt so thats a ghetto rule 1.7 for ID 1403

The crash pov was provided, and the fear RP did not count as he took too long to take his gun out and aim at him.

Although ID 1485 will receive a punishment for MG
