You can see at the beginning of my POV, two guys are on the northwest side of the roof near the globe and run into the circle. That area is not accessible when the event starts.
I wasn't able to get any IDs here, so I'm uploading my whole POV in hopes that'll be enough to identify them. You can also see them more starting at 03:05 mins into the clip.
