Life Story:
Teshin OvO was born in a renowned family. His father Hunhow OvO leader of a private military company named Orokin Empire operating mostly in Asia with Russia. Behind the PMC they were running a big drugs and money laundering business. All the drugs that were getting in to Asia was by them. At a young age Teshin only knew about the PMC business and he was very determined to be a great leader as his father, Soon his father granted his wish to be trained in various CQC (Close quarters combat) and later on in weapons. So he became a good in hand to hand combat and and great marksman. On Teshins 18th birthday his father surprised him with an offer to join owl division ran by his uncle. And he gladly accepted it. Under his uncle's wing he learned about how to run and operate a special force. Soon disaster struck, Teshin lost his uncle in a covert mission. Teshin was devastated by losing his mentor. But his father was very happy to see his leadership skills, soon he was chosen to be the head of Owl division. That's where he found out the dark side of the family business. But he never wanted to disappoint his father so he works right beside him. But after few year their entire empire collapsed because of the betrayal of his fathers business partners. Before Hunhow died to save Teshins life Hunhow send him to Los Santos, far away for the dark past.
Career Story:
Teshin was devastated after losing his father. But to have a better future he tried to forget about his past. He began to think about how to use his skills to earn. At first he tried to be a bodyguard to hire, but saw every rich guy prefers a ex-law agent. Then he turned towards crime became a member of Los Santos Vagos. But he never liked the messy gang life he always believed it discipline and order. So decided to leave them as well. While roaming the streets he heard Los Santos Police Department are hiring people. So he gave a shot and because of his great skills he was hired as a patrol officer. Soon he caught the eye of the COS of LSPD SWAT Department. And later on he was taken in as a watch commander. From that point he never had to look back. Before of his great leadership skills he was offered the Head of Department in a short time. With great power comes great responsibility but it brought back the dark past for him. He started to find out how dirty and corrupt this city is. From Government to gang, every place he looks he saw corruption and money. Without any guidance, soon Teshin hits the break point and embrace the darkest of the city.
Outcomes:
1- Teshin is capable of using torture, interrogation, or truth serum to extract vital information, resorting to the harshest methods if required.
2- Teshin can destroy devices like bodycam and radios and can find hidden ones with /try command and /do(2 times per situation)
