2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
Well, First of all, I spent all my time in the ghetto specifically in The Families Gang in the last chapter of it and I showed them that I'm very active so I earned Rank 6 the last few days of the Gang chapter, So I would like to become the next leader because I got some experience and skills and I know how to deal with it and gang members. I can see that all gangs care only about the ghetto rules, I know it's very important but there are other things to check before letting anyone join the gang like if he knows how the roleplay life going, it's so easy to know the ghetto rules, but it's difficult to know how to deal with Roleplay Life. So my Test team will be chosen on this step, that he could know if the person who want to join us know about this stuff, and the ghetto and the server rules for sure. Also, I know that the ghetto got a lot of gangs now in this chapter so it's so hard to compete with them on the gang events, but I have the faith that we can make good quality roleplay situations because I have roleplay experience since 2012. It will be great if I took this opportunity to become a leader of the Families Gang.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
- I will not say like everyone goes in here and start saying to become best in the ghetto, because it depends on how much you know the rules and how to roleplay. So I will make sure to improve the RolePlay knowledge of my gang members and we gonna be the best in Los Santos automatically without trying to be.
- I'm sure that the gang will be active because we have a lot of stuff to do like doing some events that will help the gang and let them live the gang life.
- Make sure no one gets into the gang without Roleplay/Rules test.
- Make sure no one breaks the Server/Ghetto rules, and If any leader caught someone breaking any of the rules he can punish him by warning/kick, which will prevent us to receive a warning or strike.
- Attend and participate in all the events and let the gang members mingle with other people.
