Larry mcgavin was a long time special ops in the United States military before being wounded in iraq, after that he was medically discharged from his duties and sent back to the states to live as a civilian he struggled with life this way. Was hiring he had no family so he packed his bags and moved to los santos applying to become a highway trooper with his special skills he had the ability to be a one man army not fearing a two on one fight but welcoming it once Larry was hired he climbed the ranks rather rapidly making it to where he is now as a lieutenant of highway patrol, he fights his demons everyday but still thanks his lucky stars he has the abilities he has to safely protect those around him and those he serves, his one goal is simple eliminate the oppressing gangs that wreck havoc upon los santos and to be the best cop that he can be his time in the core makes him a handful with his training he can easily take on two men at once with a advanced understanding of firearms and hand to hand technique he truly is a force to be reckoned with..
