Reviewed Ban appeal gen 6.3 Involved

I'm not complaining about an admin

so i received a 60 day ban for involvement in a gen 6.3 rule
firstly i haven't stole anything from an armoury and i have only ever been in lspd
what did i get banned for?
i guess because i paid for armour etc?
how am i to know where they got them from
I'm not the only person who has government gear so how come i got banned
only have 1 main account nad im guessing you can check my ip's and hwid etc to see this. how is this fair
