Having served as a high command and Lt General for five consecutive terms, I've grasped the true value of our organization. I am eager to lead this unparalleled and pristine organization, driven by the desire to continue its legacy of excellence.

B) Commitment to Excellence and Fairness : If entrusted with leadership, I pledge to elevate our activity levels to unprecedented heights. Ensuring efficient treatment of comrades and upholding the highest standards of RolePlay are my priorities. 3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the Organization.



1) Comprehensive Training Program : Implement a mandatory three-phase training program for all officers upon joining, regardless of their previous experience. This training will ensure that all members understand and adhere to Roleplay standards consistently. It covers everything from protocol and procedures to communication techniques, fostering a culture of immersive Roleplay from the outset.

2) Weekly Departmental Joint Training : Organize weekly joint training sessions involving all departments within the organization. This collaborative approach allows members to familiarize themselves with each other's roles, improving coordination and teamwork during Roleplay scenarios. It also fosters a sense of unity and camaraderie among members.

3) Individual Bonus System : Introduce a dedicated bonus system where bonuses are awarded individually based on merit and performance, rather than dividing bonuses by division. This incentivizes excellence and hard work, ensuring that rewards are distributed fairly and transparently among deserving members.

4) Effective Communication : Emphasize the importance of good communication between divisions within the organization. By fostering open lines of communication, members can coordinate more effectively during operations and respond promptly to Roleplay situations, ensuring the smooth functioning of the National Guard as a whole.
