I wanted to bring to your attention that FIB, LSPD, and SAHP received a verbal warning for violating Event Rule 1.4. Upon our arrival at the scene, FIB had the largest presence within the designated area. In response, I promptly instructed our team to exit the circle and await further instructions outside. As evident from the point of view (POV) footage, our units began dispersing from the area as soon as we arrived.
Proof:
At 18:11, upon our entry, we swiftly recognized that our presence exceeded the designated limit of 40 individuals. Within a minute, we took proactive measures and promptly instructed 15 units to exit the area. By 18:12, we had successfully reduced our numbers to comply with the regulations.
We respectfully request a reconsideration of the imposed punishment. Rest assured, we are committed to preventing such occurrences in the future. Your understanding and granting of another opportunity would be greatly appreciated.
