As you can see in the video provided Id:898 broke every possible rule. Robbing in gz with no demands and power gaming.

Pickpocketing can be made in Green zone
And no demand need to be given while he sneaky try to steal from pockets using pickpocketing

PS: Update - we have disallow Pickpocketing in all green zones
