Sim bug

I'm new to this game, and I've realized that it's challenging to play without a valid SIM card. I've purchased and activated SIM cards three times, but unfortunately, they haven't worked due to a persistent SIM card bug issue. Because I'm new, I'm unable to drive a cab or add new contacts/friends.
I've also made donations in the game, but the issue persists. Could you please assist me in resolving this problem? My ID is 81667.

For any Bugs it's not for the Communication tab,
If you think you are bugged/Something doesn't function for your account?
