Proof authenticator Tech support

Dear mazhor I hope you can help me, I can't find another option at the moment, I was unbanned on de01 after 550 days. Now the problem is that I added a code to my account and now I have a new phone and that's why I don't have the authenticatorion more I ask you to somehow remove this authenticatorion from my account I really want to be able to play on de01
