Born in a Mansion in New Work, America 12/08/2005. Ishan grew up in the ghetto with guns, drug dealers and killer. He became a gang member when he grow up because his family was always member of gangs. He decided to find a way to leave from gang and ghetto to have a better life. His family didn't stop him they also wanted him for a better life. He found a lot of different jobs Making Pots, Fixing Cars, washing dishes in a restaurants, washing cars to make money. In his free time he was always going shooting range because he was already know how to use a guns because of his gang life.
He became interested using guns in a good way while practicing shooting skills.
He decided to join the army, with his confident and ability it didn't take long time to discovered by his commanders.
They reported his talents to the HR of Government. They invited Ishan after his service and offered him a Secret Service job to work for the Government. Ishan found out that was a good opportunity to have a better and similar life but in a good way and he accepted that job. After working so long with Secret Service he got their trust and respect then he promoted to the rank of Elite Agent.
His supervisor came to talk with Ishan and asked him if he wants to improve his skills more they can visit FIB. Ishan didn't want to lose that opportunity and wanted to give it a shot.
They went FIB to see Director Who was friend of Ishan Name Aditya.
Aditya decided to see Ishan's skills after their chats and supervisor's recommendation. He became Chief of Staff of FIB a after Aditya's term end Ishan went LSPD and showed his skills.
Chief Bagaad Billa was impressed and decided to get him in LSPD as a Assistant Chief of Police. After a few months, Ishan became a real officer. In these months he witnessed some of officer doing illegal things or blind their eye some illegal stuffs. He was following them and he was keeping and/or selling guns, drugs illegally from their undercover busts but he always stick to LSPD.
Outcomes
01. His equipment's which is radio, handcuffs and guns is always on him (even off duty) and the radio is ready for use.
02. Ishan can do anything illegal/legal that benefits him financially excluding leaking info since he is loyal to LSPD.
03. Ishan Can kill people on/off duty if they don't comply with his demands.
04. Ishan doesn't follow any law while detaining a criminal, he doesn't show his ID, read rights or provide a lawyer even after the suspect asking for one.
05. Ishan may give or receive bribes when necessary (100k), [includes Become Hostage for good amount of money.]
06. Ishan Can plant drugs and/or pass Illegal Items on suspects to put extra charges/arrest they/them.
07. Ishan can ask criminals to drop their weapons and items and keep them for herself or sell them in the black market. (Not ORG items).
08. Ishan can break bodycam's and smash them up. (Won't break Gen rule 6.1).
09. Ishan can initiate Jailbreaks using pen drive with virus in exchange for money [100K maximum].
10. Ishan always carries his organization weapons so he can respond to calls and events like store robberies and all (not going to put anywhere like personal WH or car's trunks).
