2 FIB employees handcuffed me and made fun of me without doing any RP. He didn't say anything even while handcuffed, he just said "it was easy and you baited".

Hello, I’m 77180. I’ll explain the reasoning for you here. As in the start of your clip you are flipping around and driving on the wrong side of the road. This is an offence of a 30mins prison sentence called misappropriation of a vehicle as you are endangering yourself and others. This means that we can arrest you immediately. As we are undercover agents we attempted to make you step out of your vehicle so we could arrest you (which we did) you then stepped out and we cuffed you. The FIB curator avi and scarlet have said you no longer need to say I’ll be placing you in cuffs. You then combat logged if I’m not wrong which I’ll be happy to post on forums as well
