Sir I'm gonna explain the situation that was there. We were in the Sting operation in BM. and I was on the north side on the roof standing for the suspect. Then we got a call that suspects down and we arrived on the scene and unfortunately a guy wearing a purple outfit sitting on a Car and we warned like 5times to come out or we will teaze you down. I'm having my gun out because I'm in spec ops and I have to give cover to everyone. Then only my Fellow agent tease him down and that suspect ran over from that situation. I followed him where he goes and I saw the same suspect but first, I confirmed and i was confirmed that the suspect was wearing the same outfit and for that, I started shooting. That's my mistake I shot him without any warning but the situation was so uncertain. After that, i didn't leave him. i did my process when a suspect goes down. I didn't leave him I called for a backup that a suspect is down although I was getting commands to backup. My seniors came and took him to the FIB garage and we told him that was a mistake and it was the uncertain moment he got there.
Sir, i apologize for what I did without warning that guy but sir my 24*7 hour Hard work, my Faithfull, my loyalty in the FIB was a very top priority for me and I got strike from this ORG. I could not even sleep from that situation. MY every senior accept that the scene was very unlucky and uncertain.
Sir, however, I never did any mistakes. I followed every rule. If it's coming in my reputation please I'm gonna suggest asking any HR of my department that how I work and how much time i and hard work I was giving in the FIB.
Sir, I accept my Punsihnment for the Demorgan but sir the strike it was like I fell from the sky. MY dedication to FIB will always be the top priority. Sir, I don't wanna say this but I just cried that night. I need my Job back Sir.
