Rejected Entering Green Grass area with a Sniper Rifle and VDM

This person came to capitol and though that he could do what he wants just to get a reaction out of us. The Criminals honestly run this city just waiting for us to do something wrong so that they can complain to the admins and get someone who is just trying to do thier job into troubble. This really takes away the fun of RP when people run around looking for rule breaks. I am posting this due to the fact that we get very little assistance to deal with the many matters and they seem to do as they please. i know that its not a easy job being a admin but all i ask is to please keep a eye out on capitol grounds as often there are no units to respond and we are forced to release the detainee.

some of the stuff your talking about here is a ic issue. i'm fully aware there are people who like to just cause mayhem around the city. other just start rp like breaking crimes etc. if your struggling with maintaining areas doesn't that not show that mabye your org needs to do some recruiting and get people the correct training. if you also find that no one is coming from other orgs go to them and report that. admins cant hang about all day at certain areas they have other things to get done. sometimes there isn't even enough admins on to fully maintain the server. you also mention that criminals run this city and are waiting for someone to do something wrong. but it works both ways its not just a problem on your side, we all experience that.
