Life Story: Robert's father was a LSPD officer. He loved his father very much. His father was former Sergeant and well respected. His father was also in the Gang division. One day when robert was in his teenage years. Some gang members broke into his home and killed everyone while he was in school and father was at work. When he arrived back from school he saw police cars and media all around his house,he ran towards there and the officers knowing him let him into the crime scene. There he saw all his family dead and his father just sitting,eyes wide open and just staring at the bodies. Since that day he never saw Henry smile. After some years his father was fired due to not following orders and going into ghetto to find the gang leader,he failed and got shot. Next year he was diagnosed with cancer and passed away. While on his deathbed his father asked Robert to become an officer in SAHP/LSPD and end the gangs for good, he told he loved him and always will but was too invested into gangs. He died with a smile after cracking a dad joke. Robert decided to fullfill his father's last wish.
Career story: Robert invested all his time in training and gettimg better. He was the best of the best in shooting and driving. In his career he was part of S.W.A.T and as well as Detective divisons in both SAHP/LSPD. Due to his father's troubled career he was severly discriminated but he continues to fight and rank up. There are few people who still respects him no matter what his father did. He tried all the things he could against gangs but failed due to not a good rank and his anti gang ideas where rejected without even consideration. Eventually he grew frustrated. He then started doing unofficial and/or off duty imvestigations in the ghetto. To prove a crime off duty he started carrying a hidden bodycam and a radio in his car or with him to call backup if he needs. He gets angry and if he has a suspect to interrogate he can also beat them if he gets angry. He even has arguements with corrupt cops or cops who do him wrong no matter what the rank.
Outcomes - 1. Can fight or shoot more than 1 people.
2. Carry radio off duty.
3. Carry working bodycam off duty.
4. Can perform unofficial investigations.
5. Can perform interrogations with violence used.
6. Good at driving and can outrun many cars and people.
7. Can perform LEO actions such as detaining suspects unofficially.
8. If not in a org he can still perform these actions and collect evidence and kill people without getting caught (evidence can be submitted withoit getting caught, but cannot do anything if he is caught shooting off duty).
9. If not seen by an actual officer or a witness, automatic wanted level wont affect him (ICly not by script).
