In his darkest hour, Lucas found solace in the kindness of two police officers who took him in as his own. despite their demanding careers ,They provided Lucas with love, stability ,and guidance ,shaping him into the person he would become.

Determined to honor the memory of his parents and the sacrifices of his adoptive family, Lucas set his sights on a career in law enforcement. He joined the Los Santos branch of the LSPD with fierce determination to serve his community and uphold justice.

1.Lucas can disobey and break fire arm law and all IC laws made by government
2. Lucas is capable of using torture, interrogation, or truth serum to extract vital information, resorting to the harshest methods if required. (Lucas administers truth serum during the interrogation and uses the /try command to extract information with rp commands)
3. Lucas can remove criminals from the wanted list, wipe their criminal record, and lower there sentence.
4. Lucas can lie about calling a lawyer and refuse any kind of identification.
5.Lucas is able to attempt to search for a bodycam (/try searches for bodycam) up to twice per situation, and if found, break it (/do breaks bodycam)
6.Lucas can carry and use illegal items and weapons, he can also sell and buy illegal items from other people or the black market (except LSPD items)
7.Lucas can let suspects free if they're his family or friends and can also aid them in escaping or for the right price on the Darknet.
