After dying at a mini biz the reported party walked up to ID 45476 and proceeded to not using the proper means to communicate with him oocly. The reported party spoke poorly about my family(which is completely ooc).

• ID 62 Didn't mention anything about the OOC Event and he was talking about the family you are in IC and not OOC .
